In order to officially sign-up for the trip, please fill out this form by Friday, September 30 at 11pm. Your electronic signature at the end of the form is your official commitment to the trip.
The first payment installment ($466) is due on Friday, October 7 and can be paid either online or through the bookstore at each school. The bookstore will not be taking payments until the week of October 3rd. We let you know once payments can be made.

Question: How many pieces of luggage are allowed?
a.) 1 checked bag
b.) 1 carry-on (backpack, purse, etc.)
c.) 1 additional carry-on for the following instruments: violin, viola, flute, clarinet, oboe, trumpet, mallets/stick bags
OR 1 additional checked instrument for: cellos, trombones, tenor/bari sax, french horn, amps, electric bass, auxiliary percussion
d.) basses, tubas, piano, harp, and large percussion instruments are rented in NYC
And finally, to reiterate, travel insurance is included in the total trip cost.
