Director’s Notes
Hello Band Families!
Congratulations to the Marching Titans on a fantastic season and many successful performances of “It’s Alive!” If there are any future home playoff games, the band will be performing as a pep band. Details of future games will be announced when finalized.
As we wrap up marching season, jazz band will be starting soon! All students in band are invited to participate, even if you don’t play a “jazz instrument.” To sign up, fill out this google form. Audition packets will be posted to google classroom this week. The clinic will be Thursday, November 5th from 4:30 to 6:00pm. Auditions are due Tuesday, November 10th at 11:59pm, and the first rehearsal will be Thursday, November 12th from 4:30 to 6:30pm.
Photos will be taken on Friday for Band 4 (Block 1), Band 3 (Block 4), Band 2 (after school), and Jazz Band (after school, all students participating in jazz). Please make sure you have your all-black concert attire.

Concert Attire
Band Students, are you ready for concert season?
Now is the time to purchase and/or check your concert attire from last year to make sure it still fits.
Fundraising
There are a few ways to raise funds throughout the school year. These funds can be used to pay annual band fees
or future trip fees.

Raise Right: Students and families purchase gift cards and receive a rebate. When traveling or around Glenview, open the app to see where you can earn local dining dollars. Take advantage of year-round fundraising!
75% of what is earned goes into the student’s account and 25% supports the band.
